Given: Reduction factor = 1:3/19
 
Thus, we have
x over 54872 equals open parentheses fraction numerator begin display style 3 over 19 end style over denominator 1 end fraction close parentheses cubed
rightwards double arrow x over 54872 equals open parentheses 3 over 19 close parentheses cubedrightwards double arrow x equals fraction numerator 54872 cross times 3 cross times 3 cross times 3 over denominator 19 cross times 19 cross times 19 end fraction equals 216
Thus, the volume of model is 216 cm3
