also " load arm is 0.5 CM " ?,  meaningless statement, i assume "  load arm is 0.5 m "
 
if load arm is 0.5 m , then effort arm is 2 m and mechanical advantage = 2 / 0.5 = 4
 
effort needed to lift a load of 100 kg is 100/4 = 25 kgf
 
workdone = force×distance = 25×9.8×.1 = 24.5 J
 
ideally velocity ratio = Mechanical advantage, hence the load raised = 0.1/4 = 0.025 m = 2.5 cm
 
workdone on the load = 100×9.8x 0.025 = 24.5 J
 
efficiency = 100%
