(a) force = 100 × 9.8 = 980 N
 
(b) workdone? when an object falling in gravitational field, object does not do any work. Work is done on the object by gravitational field

(c) Input power = force × velocity = 100×9.8×12.52  = 12270 W
 
(d) power output = 0.75×12270 = 9202.5 W
 
(e) workdone by machine  = 75% input power × time = .75×12270× 4 = 36810 J
