Force diagram for the pulley that is connected to 100 kg block is given in figure.
When the rope at a is pulled down with acceleration 2 m/s2 , the puleey with 100 kg block also moves up with acceleration 2 m/s2.
 
If we account all the foces acting on the pulley that is connected to 100 kg block and if T is tension in the string, then
 
we have ( 2×T - M×g ) = M×a or T = (M/2)×(a+g) = 50×11.8 = 590 N
