A dynamometer is attached to two blocks of masses 6 kg and 4 kg . Forces of 20N and 10N are applied on the blocks. Find the dynamometer reading in the steady state .

If we assume two blocks of masses are kept horizontal and the applied forces stretching out the spring of dynamometer in both direction,
then reading of dynamometer should be sum of forces, i.e., 20+10 = 30 N
