A coolie X is carrying a load on his head climbs up a slope and another Y carrying the identical load on his head moves the same distance on the frictionless horizontal platform.Who does more work? Explain the reason

Energy is the capacity to do work and work done is equal to energy spent.
Coolie X carrying a load up a slope will do more work.
Work done will involve a change in  potential energy,
kinetic energy and loss of energy due to friction along the slope.
Work done in carrying the load along horizontal platform will not have change in
potential energy and loss of energy due to friction since it is frictionless.

also along the slope, the coolie has to apply a force equal to F=mgsinθ and on horizontal platform force F=mg.
