let r be radius and h be height of cylinder

Cylinder volume = π r2 h = 140 litre
 
π r2 × 50 = 140×1000 cm
 
r2 = (140×1000×7)/(22×50) ≈ 891  ;    hence radius r = begin mathsize 12px style square root of 891 space almost equal to space 29.85 space c m end style
