a certain number of two digits is three times the sum of its digits and if 45 be added to it ,it's digits are reversed.find the number

Dear student,
Let the two digit number be xy=10x+y.
According to the given conditions, we have
10x+y=3(x+y) or 7x-2y=0 ...(1)
Also, 10x+y+45=10y+x
or, x-y+5=0 ...(2)
Solving the equations (1) and (2), we get
y = 7 and x = 2
Thus, the number is 27.
