A centigrade and farhenite thermometer are dipped in boiling water. The water temperature is lower until the farhenite thermometer register 140degree,what is the fall in temp resister by centigrade thermometer? A-30degree,b-40degree,c-60degree,d-80degree

centigrade is an old name for Celsius. 
Use the formula C = 5/9 (F - 32)  F=140 degree
140 degree Fahrenheit is 60 degree celsius or centigrade
