Distance travelled with uniform acceleration = (1/2)×a×t2 = (1/2)×2×10×10 = 100 m
 
speed after 10 seconds = a×t  = 2×10 = 20 m/s
 
distance travelled with uniform speed = 20×10 = 200 m
 
average speed = (total distance)/ time = (200+100)/20 = 15 m/s
