we need to use the formula " v = u + a×t " to get aaceleration a ,
v is final velocity  , u is initial velocty which is zero because car starts from rest and t is time.

v = 100 km/hr = 100 × (5/18) m/s

hence,   100×(5/18) = a×8 ; we get a = 3.47 m/s2

force = mass×acceleration = 1000 × 3.47 = 3470 N
