Let,s assume that the mass of car be m

Final velocity of car V=0
initial velocity U=v

using
 v squared equals u squared plus 2 a s
0 equals v squared plus 2 open parentheses fraction numerator negative F over denominator m end fraction close parentheses x
v squared equals 2 open parentheses F over m close parentheses x minus negative negative negative negative negative negative negative negative left parenthesis 1 right parenthesis
if the velocity of the car is made 3 times
open parentheses 3 v close parentheses squared equals fraction numerator 2 F to the power of apostrophe x over denominator m end fraction
9 v squared equals fraction numerator 2 F to the power of apostrophe x over denominator m end fraction minus negative negative negative negative negative negative negative negative left parenthesis 2 right parenthesis

On substitution we get
F to the power of apostrophe equals 9 F
