A bus travelled 120km to the north of Delhi and then180km to the south.how far from Delhi is the bus now

Let us assume that the North direction be positive and South direction be negativea and
Delhi is indicated by 0.
 
A bus travelled 120km to the north of Delhi.
 
0 + 120 = 120km
 
then the bus travelled 180km to the south.
 
120 - 180 = - 60
 
negative sign indicates South direction.
 
Therefore the bus is 60km far from Delhi.
