Flow of water, q = 1kg/s
speed of water,v = 5m/s
Thus rate of momentum transfer: qv = 5 kgm/s^2 = force transferred.
mass of block, m  = 2 kg
Thus acceleration: 5/2  = 2.5 m/s^2
