A ball moving with a velovity v strikes a wall moving towards the ball with a velocity u. An elastic impact lasts for t seconds. Find the mean elastic force actiong on the block in terms of m,v,u and t.

Ball moves with speed v m/s towards the wall which is moving with speed u m/s towards the ball.
 
Hence the ball moves towards the ball with relative speed (u+v) m/s and is getting bounced in opposite direction with same speed.
 
change in momentum = 2×m×(u+v)
 
force = change in momentum / impact time = [ 2×m×(u+v) ] / t
