A 2cm tall object at a distance of 15cm is placed perpendicular to the principal axis of a lens of focal length 10cm. If it forms an image of double of its size, find the possible positions of image?

m= magnification=2=v/u    v=2u     now put in lens formula and solve:
v=2x(-15)=-30 cm
size of image:
I/O=2
I=4cm
