What is the value of gravitational force towards down?

Answer:
- We know that force is the product of mass and acceleration.
- Acceleration acting downwards due to the gravitational pull of the Earth is 'accelration due to gravity' i.e 'g' (g=9.8 m/s2)
- Therefore the force acting downwards due to gravity is F = m x g
Where 'm' is the mass of the body.
