What is the direction of magnetic field at the given position A and why? And direction of current in the disk.

The disk is positively charged and it is rotated clockwise.
So, we can say that the motion of positive charges is clockwise.
Now, we know that the current is flow of negative charges (electrons).
So, the current would be directed counter-clockwise, i.e. in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation of the disk.
 
Now, according to the right hand thumb rule, if the curled fingers denote the direction of current, then the thumb points in the direction of magnetic field.
Hence, the magnetic field will be directed out of the page.
Hence, the correct option is (D).
