Then find :-  1.)the initial current    2.)the time after which the value of current reaches a maximum value      3.)the maximum or minimum value of current Please give the answer in proper and clear steps

time for maximum or minimum value of current is given as
 
Further differentiation gives positive constant c, hence current is minimum at t= b/c
