Answer:
Intially both A and B are at same level because their masses are same. This is shown in fig (a).
 
When load-A is made to move in leftwards as shown in question-figure, tension in the string connecting load-A increases as shown in figure.
 
T Sinθ = mg  , hence T = mg/Sinθ which is greater than earlier value mg . Hence after sometimes load-A is pulled up and load-B is lower than load-A
