(a) tension in string is zero
-This is not correct. Tension in the string can not be zero
 
(b) pulleys B and C rotate anti-clockwise and pulley A clockwise
-not correct. When m1 > m2,  pulley-A  will rotate in anti-clockwise direction, pulley-B and pulley-C will rotate clockwise direction
 
(c) A and B are same and is equal to G
-This option is not clear to me. 
"A and B are same " ?
 
  I assume Tension at A and B are same. If my assumption is correct, then this option is correct.
Tension at A and B are same because same string is passing over pulley-A, pulley-C and pulley-B. Tension is equal to m1g.
