The position of object (u) = -20 cm ( object placed at left side)
Position of image = (v) = -10 cm    ( negative side according to sign convention) 
As the image is formed at the same side of an object by concave lens,
Nature of image is virtual, erect and diminished.
Focal length of concave lens can be obtained by lens formula,
  
 
Thus, focal length of concave lens is -20 cm
