Answer:
Al biruni described Sanskrit as a language containing difficult and diverse words. According to him, it was not easy to learn this language beacuse Sanskritic words sometimes resembled Arabic words but meaining was totally different. In Sanskrit a same thing was called out by various names, both original and also derived from other languages. At times a same word was used for various subjects. So in order to understand, one had to distinguish a word from the other by minutely reading text and phrases. This was extremely difficult. Thus, Al biruni said that Sanskrit was a lanuguage with an enormous range.
