. In free fall of objects the acceleration in velocity due to gravity is independent of mass of those objects hence a heavy object does not fall faster than alight object. Why?

Where G is gravitational constant, M mass of earth and R is radius of earth.
Hence accleration due to gravity is independent of mass of falling object. So heavy object does not fall faster than light object.
