If surface tension is increased what happens the suface area and angle of contact..?

Surface Tension = Force/Length

                         = Work Done/Area

As surface tension reduces, droplets tends to spreads and contact angle decreases. Thus, if surface tension is increased then the angle of contact will also increase.
