Explain why dilute hcl can't be concentrated beyond 22.2%

When the concentration of HCl gas in water is 22.2% by weight, it forms a constant boiling mixture.
At this concentration, if dilute HCl is heated then water and HCl vaporises in same proportion by weight and
hence dilute hydrochloric acid cannot be diluted.
