I have 2 questions mam.
 
1).Why we find less chances of getting an static shocks during rainy season while we get shocks in winters when we touch silk or woolen clothes?
 
2).why birds sitting on wires never recieve shocks?

A nuetron is made up of two down quarks and one up quark(ddu). so it will be negative ,but we know a neutron is neutral in nature??

When a bird sits on a high voltage wire they dont get cunnent shoks but does it same apply to human beings, can humans also sit on wire and they dont current shoks?
