An astronaut on the moon measure the accleration due to gravity to be 1.7 m/s^2. He knows that the radius of the moon is about 0.27 times the radius of Earth. What is his estimate of the ratio of the mass of the Earth to that of moon?('g' on Earth = 9.8 m/s^2)

Let Mm, Rm, Me and Re are mass of moon, Radius of moon, mass of earth and radius of earth respectively.
 
Let gm, ge are acceleration due to gravity on moon and that of earth respectively.
