answered-by-expert Expert Answer
dipole moment p = q×l = 1.6×10-19×4 = 6.4×10-19 C-m

Torque = p×E = p×E×sinθ = 6.4×10-19×3×(1/2) = 9.6×10-19 Nm

E is electric field intensity and θ is angle between dipole and electric field
