net force acting towards right side is (2F-F) = F
 
accceleration produced for the whole system, a = F/(3m)
 
Tension in the right side of rope pulling the block. Since the mass of the block is m and it moves with acceleration F/(3m),
Tension in the rope or pulling force of the block = m×F/(3m) = F/3
