I assume, wattages og bulbs are 40W, 60W and 100W. image is not clear.
 
Since the bulbs are connected in parallel to the electrical power source, current drawn by one bulb will not affect the performance of other bulb.
 
Hence, bulb C which is 100W wattage will draw more current and give maximum brightness in comparision with other bulbs.
