PV = nRT
P1V1= n1RT1
P2V2 = n2RT2
P1= P2= P
P = n1RT1 / V1 and P = n2RT2 / V2
T2= 2 T1, V1= 100 L,  n1= 3 moles and n2 = 1.5 moles
n1T1 / V1 = n2 x 2T1 / V2
3/100  =  1.5 x 2 / V2
V2 = 1.5 x 2 x 100 / 3
V2 = 100 L

The new volume is 100 L.
