3 identical blocks of 2kg are drawn by a force of 10.2N with an acceleration of 0.6m/s2 . Calculate the tension between the blocks B & c

Acelerating force (3×2×0.6 ) = 3.6 N is very much less than applied force 10.2 N .
 
Hence friction forces are acting against the movement of blocks.
Let us assume equal friction force f acting on each block in the direction opposite to the movement as shown in figure.
 
For Block-A :-   F - TAB - f = m×a  ..................(1)
For Block-B :-  TAB - TBC - f = m×a ..................(2)
For Block-C :-  TBC - f = m×a .........................(3)
 
if we add eqn.(1),  eqn.(2) and eqn.(3), we get, F - 3 f = 3(m×a)
Hence friction force f = (F/3) - (m×a)  =  (10.2/3) - ( 2×0.6)  = 2.2 N
 
from eqn.(3), we get,  TBC = m×a + f = 2×0.6 + 2.2 = 3.4 N
