Only one question can be answered per post.

1.

Small Pain in my Chest is a glorious anti-war poem painfully depicting the excruciatingly painful final moments of a wounded soldier.

The small wound in his chest is the bullet injury that will eventually kill him. But the soldier says that there is a larger wound in his heart, which is about the ill effects of the war, the sight of the bodies of his fellow soldiers, the soldier thinking how his family will react to the news of his death, and how overwhelmed he is to feel the evils of war.
