consider triangle BOC,

angle BOC+ angle OBC+ angle OCB=180... angle sum property

angle BOC+(B/2)+(C/2)=180

BOC+[(B+C)/2]=180

BOC+[(180-A)/2]=180... Since the sum of A,B,C is 180 degrees.

BOC=90+(A/2)

note... the bisectors must meet at O not C as you have mentioned.
