acceleration of the system = Force/total-mass = 200/(7+4+5) = 12.5 m/s2
 
Tension in top heavy rope = (7+4)×12.5 = 137.5 N
 
Tension in the mid-point of rope = (7+2)×12.5 = 112.5 N
