UPSEE 2015 is likely to be conducted on 19 April. This year, the exam will be open to students outside Uttar Pradesh too. UPSEE is a state-level exam for admissions to engineering and technical institutions affiliated to UP Technical University.

Until last year, the exam was taken by students who were located in UP and by students who were located outside UP but with parents domiciled in UP. The idea of opening UPSEE to aspirants outside UP is to avoid engineering seats from going vacant.
