The three-day Hampi Festival held by the Karnataka Government is one of the major attractions of Hampi. It’s also known as Vijaya Utsav of Karnataka. Hampi is a well-known tourist destination, but if you visit Hampi during these three days, you’ll find an altogether different kingdom come alive. It’s like reliving the golden era of the Vijaynagar Empire which once flourished here.

Good music, spectacular dance performances, traditional cuisine, handicrafts, fireworks and puppet shows are some of the attention-seeking attractions of the Hampi Festival. If you’re an art lover, you’ll connect with the festival. Although the festival is conducted for only three days, Hampi, being a tourist destination, attracts a lot of crowd.
