Preparing Kids for the AI - Driven Future: Evolution and Important Strategies

Introduction to Artificial Intelligence.

I'm sure you've seen some movie or read a novel where robots can walk and talk like humans! That is what Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) is all about. A.I. is a game-changing technology that allows machines to think and act like humans. A.I. can be found in your phone's virtual assistant, video games, and self-driving cars!

It is created by scientists and engineers who write special programs instructing machines on thinking and acting. These programs are referred to as algorithms. Algorithms are analogous to machine recipes. They provide step-by-step instructions to devices and computers.

Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) can perform amazing feats that humans cannot. For example, it can quickly analyse information, outperform humans in games, write stories and beautiful artwork, create poems, control machines such as cars and drones, and recognise faces and voices. Although artificial intelligence is still in its early stages, it significantly impacts the world.

Tracing the evolution of A.I.

Artificial intelligence, or A.I. for short, is super cool!

Using this technology, computers can do things that normally need human intelligence. This includes things like understanding language, recognising patterns and making decisions. Artificial intelligence (A.I) has grown tremendously in recent years, leading to many business changes in several fields. Some people even say that A.I. is the next major technological revolution!

However, in previous eras, the preference for A.I. was not predictable. Even though artificial intelligence was established in 1956, there were many issues, such as barriers to expansion; machines could execute orders but not store them. Furthermore, until 1974, financing was a major hindrance. However, computers became widely available by 1974; they were much faster, less expensive, and could store data.
