●   Class 11 chapters have noted to carry more weightage than Class 12 chapters.

●   Principles of Inheritance and Variation, Sexual Reproduction in Flowering Plants, Molecular Basis of Inheritance, Plant Kingdom and Biotechnology: Principles and Processes have always been important.

●   An important change in the overall number of questions can also be observed. Earlier 90 questions were asked in the Biology section. However, the last two years' question papers had 100 questions each.

NEET Exam Pattern

Every year, the National Testing Agency (NTA) organizes the NEET exam for medical aspirants in different languages. The details are as follows:

●    Duration: 3 hours and 20 minutes 

●    Type of Questions: Multiple-Choice Questions

●    Total number of Questions: 200

●    Questions to be Attempted: 180 

●    Marking: Negative marking is applicable
