India Now a Permanent Signatory to Washington Accord
India has now joined the list of select group of 17 countries who are permanent signatories of the Washington Accord.
India has now joined the list of select group of 17 countries who are permanent signatories of the Washington Accord.
The representatives of the member countries of Washington Accord met on June 16, 2014 in Wellington, New Zealand and gave India the signatory status. The agreement was signed by the National Board of Accreditation, India; the body authorised for accreditation of engineering and other technical programs in India.
Washington Accord is an international accreditation agreement for engineering degrees.
