Failed SSC Students Get a Chance to Save Academic Year
The MSB has announced a supplementary exam for students who have failed the SSC exam.
The Maharashtra State Government has announced a supplementary exam for students who have failed the SSC exam this year. The supplementary exam will help such students save a year and progress academically.
The re-exam will be held in the second week of July for students who failed the SSC 2015 exam, and the results will be out by the third week of August. Studies can be resumed by 1 September 2015. This is the first time students of the State Board will get a chance to save their academic year.
Until now, students who failed the Board exams had to re-appear in September–October of the year. The results were declared in December, so students who passed could only take admission to junior college in the next year.
