Excursions to Make Studying History Fascinating!

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is all set to help students learn History in a better manner. The Board has asked all its schools to include excursions to historical sites as part of teaching History. The Board officials believe that such excursions will generate interest among students and will also lead to more practical learning.

CBSE officials said, "The move has been initiated keeping in mind that the subject is normally not considered very interesting. History, if taught by taking students near historical monuments and sites, will become fascinating. This move will be of assistance to students, and they will be able to study in an enhanced manner. It will also help students do well in projects."

With this move by CBSE, History will no longer be an old and boring subject for CBSE students.
