CISCE Result 2020: ICSE and ISC Results Announced!

The Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) declared the ICSE Class 10 and ISC Class 12 results today at 3 pm.

The Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) declared the ICSE Class 10 and ISC Class 12 results today at 3 pm. The results are available on the official website of CISCE (www.cisce.org).

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Council had to cancel a few papers and allot marks for these remaining papers of the ICSE Class 10 and ISC Class 12 exams on the basis of a revised marking scheme.

Steps to check CISCE result 2020 on the CISCE website

Step 1: Visit the CISCE website

Step 2: Select Course code - ICSE (or Class 10th result) or ISC (or Class 12th result)

Step 3: Insert unique ID and index number as mentioned in the CISCE 2020 admit card

Step 4: Enter the CAPTCHA code

Step 5: Click on the Show Result button to get the results.

Step 6: Click on the Print Result button to get the print.

Students can avail digitally-signed copies of marksheets and pass certificates of the Class 10 and 12 exams through the DigiLocker facility established by the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY) by 12 July 2020.

Students unsatisfied with their results can also avail the rechecking facility. Applications for rechecking will be accepted till 16 July 2020.

2.7 lakh students appeared from 2341 schools. In the ICSE exams 99.33% and in ISC 96.8% students passed the exam this year. The CISCE results were declared on 7 May last year. The overall pass percentage in CISCE 2019 was 98.54% for ICSE Class 10 and 96.52% for ISC Class 12. CISCE will not release merit list this year in view of exceptional circumstance, Secretary Gerry Arathoon said.
