CBSE Has Introduced New Procedures for Board Exams For 2019 Board Exam

CBSE has introduced many new procedures to ensure the smooth conduction of 2019 Board Exams for Classes 10th and 12th. These procedures are put in place to ensure that the Board exams are conducted safely, and in all fairness.

Given below is a list of does and don’ts for 2019 CBSE Board Exams. All students, parents and school authorities involved in the upcoming board exams may take note:

- No more than 24 students will be allowed to seat in a class. Students will be seated in 3 rows.

- Schools will have to allocate more classrooms for the conduction of the Board Exams.

- Students will be frisked before entering the exam hall, like in NEET exams.

- No mobile phones will be allowed on campus on the day of the exam.

- No bags or watches will be allowed inside.

- Even invigilators will not be allowed to carry cellphones during invigilation.

- All centers will have to provide wall clocks for students

- The reporting time for students is 9:30 am. No entry will be granted to students after 10 am

- Exam centers to be sanitized. No entry to campus will be granted to any unauthorized person on the day of the exam.

CBSE has also urged the school principals to seek help from local police and district magistrates to get help with managing traffic and in getting Section 144 under CRPC imposed near exam centers on exam days.
