CBSE Academic Session for 11 & 12 to Start from 15 April

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) schools will now start their academic session for Classes 11 and 12 from 15 April.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) schools will now start their academic session for Classes 11 and 12 from 15 April. Earlier the academic session started from 1 April; however, according to the directions by CBSE, the date has been shifted to 15 April.CBSE has made this decision in order to give teachers enough time to evaluate the Board examination papers of Classes 10 and 12.

The Board does not want to compromise on the quality of evaluation, and hence, the delay in starting the next academic session.The new circular has brought relief not only to students but also to teachers, who will get time to re-evaluate the papers and then attend school.
