Read: Make reading a habit you can’t live without. Read books, newspapers and other stuff to improve your focus. Reading regularly can help you improve your concentration. Try reading books without getting distracted for more than half an hour.

Prioritise your Studies: It’s very important to stay organised when it comes to studying. Make a study plan. Give more time to hard subjects and make them your priority. For instance, if Math is your weakness, practise it more often. To save time, you can combine it with another easy subject, so that you don’t get bored doing just one subject in a day. This will help you manage your time and studies in a better way.

Avoid Distractions: Make sure that the place you study in has few distractions. Choose a secluded corner of your house which is less noisy. Keep your cell phone away from you while you’re studying. Remember, the lesser the distractions, the more you will be able to focus on your studies.

Rewards: Because you’re avoiding all the distractions, things can get really serious. So, what you can do is reward yourself from time to time. All work and no play can make you dull. Well, it’s true that if you deprive yourself of fun, you might end up getting dull. Therefore, keep rewarding yourself with your favourite things from time to time.

Meditate/Exercise: Any form of exercise, be it yoga, running or meditation, is important in enhancing our mental and physical well-being. Meditation calms our mind, thereby improving our concentration. Exercise helps us stay active; after all, we can’t achieve higher goals with a tired body and mind. Right? Make sure you keep moving to stay active.
