AIPMT Students Need Not Re-Apply
The Supreme Court has scraped the AIPMT after the paper was leaked before the exam.
The Supreme Court has scraped the All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT) after the paper was leaked before the exam. The CBSE was instructed by the apex court judges to re-conduct the AIPMT within four weeks of the date of the first examination.
A fresh admit card will be issued by the CBSE to all students. A final date for conducting the entrance exam is being discussed. The declaration of results of the AIPMT was scheduled for 5 June but was postponed because of a paper leak where as many as 700 students received answer keys through smartphones during the exam held on 3 May.
AIPMT is conducted every year for admission to the medical and dental courses across universities in the country.
