Admissions for UG courses in DU to start from today
Admissions in Delhi University begin today.
Students seeking admission in Delhi University (DU) won’t have to venture out of their houses in the scorching heat. In a major development, the undergraduate admission process is now completely online. The admission process begins from today. Once a student zeroes in on a particular college, everything from filling the application form to uploading documents and paying fees will have to be done online.
Interested students log on to www.du.ac.in/du, register and fill the application form. Documents including mark sheets and certificates of classes X and XII, reserved category certificates, transfer and character certificates need to be scanned and uploaded. An important point to note here is that the size of the files should exceed 200 KB. Photographs, scanned copy of the student’s signature also needs to be uploaded. These should not exceed 50Kb.
These are some key dates:
Online application for admission will start at 12 noon on June 1 (today).
The last day of online application will be June 19.
Cut off lists
First cutoff list will be out on June 27.
Second cutoff list will be out on July 1.
Third cutoff list will be out on July 7.
Fourth cutoff list will be out on July 12.
Fifth cutoff list will be out on July 16.
