Expert Answer
f(x) = x^3-3x^2+3x+7
Using remainder theorem f(-1) = 0
Hence, x+1 is a factor of f(x)
Hence, then using the long division method with x+1 as the divisor
f(x) = (x+1) (x^2-4x+7)
